Cancellations / No Show

Any cancellations without giving 24 hours notice, will be required to pay 50% of the reserved service fee in order to book again, this includes same-day cancellations.

A No Show is when you don't show up to your appointment or if you don't communicate that you need to cancel the reserved appointment. No show clients will be required to pay 100% of the reserved service fee before you book again.

​

All clients receive an automatic email / text reminder days in advance about the scheduled appointment. Please be sure to manage your booking accordingly.

Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period will be given to those running late. If you are MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, and have not properly communicated with Gabriela, your appointment will be cancelled and will result in the same cancellation fee charge stated above.

I understand that last minute emergencies occur. In that event, please be sure to communicate with Gabriela so you two can work something out in a timely and effective manner. 

Payments

Card machine is available. Payments by cash are acceptable, however card is preferred. 

Payments must be paid in full upon completion of the service. 

Bookings

Any bookings made during a special / discount, that's cancelled and then rebooked at a later date will no longer receive the discounted rate as it is considered a new appointment.

Lash fills on another artist's work are acceptable however if its done unhealthy & messy, please note that you will need to book for a removal & then a full set.

Lash Lift:

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and no eye creams or oils.

  • Avoid using waterproof mascara 24-48 hours before your appointment.

  • Remove any contact lenses before the session.

  • Don’t curl your lashes on the day of the appointment.

  • If you have any allergies or sensitivities, let your lash artist know in advance.

 

Brow & Wax Services:

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows and no oils however moisturizer is okay.

  • Avoid using any self-tanning products on your face 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.

  • Avoid plucking, waxing, or trimming your brows before the session—let your brow artist shape them.

  • If you have any skin sensitivities or conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis), inform Gabriela beforehand.

  • Refrain from exfoliating the brow area 48 hours prior to the treatment.​

  • Inform Gabriela if you are currently using any products such as Retinoids, Acne medications, any other skin products containing Vitamin A, or any other skin-thinning treatments. It is best to stop the usage of these products at least 2-3 weeks prior to your brow appointment.

Lash Extensions:

  • Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes, and avoid using oily products on the face.

  • Don’t wear mascara or curl your lashes prior to your appointment.

  • Remove any contact lenses before the appointment.

  • Ensure you don’t have any eye infections or irritation at the time of the appointment.

  • Be prepared for a 1-2 hour session, so make sure you’re comfortable and free of distractions.
