  • How do I enquire?
    Thank you for considering me to be a part of your special day! Head over to the ‘CONTACT’ tab. Please complete the form as best as you can and you will receive a personal response during office hours. I can’t wait to chat!
  • When should I book?
    Weddings are on average booked 6-18 months in advance! By waiting, this can allow others to book your date first. I only take one wedding per date so this runs on a first come first serve basis. To book, a bridal contract must be signed and a 50% non-refundable deposit must be obtained. If both aren't received, your date isn't secured by me. You can enquire your date via the contact page. Other makeup, lash or brow appointments can be booked online via Fresha.
  • How do I book you for my wedding day?
    You can fill in a contact form, once received I will email you back to start the process. Once you are ready to book you will receive your custom invoice where you can view your total, sign the agreement, and send in your deposit. To secure your wedding date a contract and non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required. The deposit does get deducted from your total balance. Once I receive both you will have officially booked your wedding makeup! Yay!
  • Where are you based?
    My studio is based in Mossel Bay. I travel all over the Garden Route for my bridal services, but I'll travel anywhere in South Africa for you girl!
  • How long does each application take?
    Each makeup application will take between 45min to 1 hour depending on the desired look. The more bold the makeup, the longer it will take.
  • Can you travel to my venue; home; hotel or wedding destination?
    Absolutely!! I service brides all over the country and will go wherever you want to take me! I travel within Mossel Bay for as little as R100 depending on km from studio. For a travel fee quote or destination wedding quote please fill out a contact form and I will be in touch!
  • What brands do you use?
    I use professional, high quality products that are made for longevity, photo/video, and that flawless comfort. To name a few brands, Mac cosmetics, NYX, Morphe and Creative Glamour.
  • Do you do hair as well?
    No I do not. I was trained and specialize solely on makeup. However, I have several amazing hairstylists that I've worked with in the past that I can refer you to!
  • Lash Extensions: Aftercare
    Avoid getting lashes wet immediately after the appointment (sauna, hot tub, shower, pool). Cleanse lashes daily with the foam lash cleanser & soft lash brush. Cleanse lashes and lash line with gentle pressure in a downwards motion towards cheeks and rinse with warm water. Wait for your lashes to air dry before combing them out with the lash spoolie. Avoid any oil based products around the eye area. Avoid any facial tanners, mascara, liquid eyeliner and excessive makeup around the lash area. Do not pull or play with your lash extensions as this can cause premature lash shedding as well as transfers oils to your lashes. Book fill appointments no later than 4 weeks from your previous appointment (highly recommended to book appointments 3 weeks in advance).
  • How do I keep my lashes clean?
    Use your lash cleanser & brush to wash your lashes every morning & night. Lash cleansers & brushes are available to buy in my studio. After cleaning, rinse with water ( I wash my lashes in the shower ) and pat dry with towel. Use your spoolie to brush the lashes up & air dry.
  • What to do before my appointment?
    Please do not come to your appointment with any makeup or moisturizers on your face as this affects the application process, lash retention, and the time set aside for your appointment. I encourage all clients to practice basic hygiene and clean their faces before arriving. Retention is 50% the artist and 50% the client. No matter how well I apply the lashes, retention really depends on how they're taken care of. To ensure you get the best results and longevity out of your lash extensions I encourage you to purchase a cleansing kit & book your fills every 2-3 weeks. If you are unsure if your current skincare products will affect retention, you are welcome to send me a photo of the ingredients so that I can advise you. Please don't take any stimulants before your appointment such as caffeine or pre-workout.
  • In-Studio Service Policy
    By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following: Cancellations / No show Any cancellations without giving 24 hours notice, will be required to pay 50% of the reserved service fee in order to book again, this includes same-day cancellations. Same day cancellations are required to pay 50% of the reserved service fee, unless you would like to reschedule then it's a 20% admin fee that needs to be paid before your rescheduled date. No show clients will be required to pay 100% of the reserved service fee before you book again. All clients receive an automatic email or text reminder days in advance about the scheduled appointment. Please be sure to manage your booking accordingly. Late Arrivals I give a grace period of 15min. If more than 15min late without letting me know, results in an automatic cancellation. All bookings are made in specific timeframes so that I'm able to finish your service before the next client's appointment. Please contact me (via WhatsApp) if you know you will be running late. Please allow time for travel & traffic peak times. Payments A card machine is available. Payments by cash are acceptable, however card or EFT is preferred. For admin & cancellation fees, a link will be sent for card payment, otherwise you can request banking details to make an EFT payment. Bookings Any bookings made during a special / discount, that is cancelled and then rebooked at a later date will no longer receive the discounted rate as it is considered a new appointment. I will no longer do fills on another artist's work, please note that you will need to book a removal and then a full set for lashes.
